At TheIndiQ Human Resources, we strive to provide clear and transparent policies regarding refunds and cancellations.

Service Nature

We provide digital services (candidate registration and resume hosting). Once a package is purchased and the profile is activated, services are considered delivered.

Refunds
  • No refunds will be issued once a candidate profile is successfully activated and services have commenced.

  • Refunds are only considered in cases of:

    • Duplicate payment,

    • Technical errors resulting in failed service activation.

Cancellations
  • Users may cancel their profile at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
